These Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers are a healthy and flavorful twist on traditional burgers. The combination of lean ground turkey, fresh spinach, and tangy feta cheese makes for a juicy and satisfying burger. Perfect for a quick and nutritious meal!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 burger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for toppings.
Instructions: Put the breadcrumbs, red onion, minced garlic, ground turkey, chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Combine the parts until they are well mixed. Cut the mixture into four equal parts and use your hands to form them into burger patties. Warm up your grill or pan on the stove over medium-high heat and lightly grease it to keep food from sticking. The patties should be cooked on the grill for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they are done and have nice grill marks. For a minute or two, toast the burger buns on the grill until they get a little brown. Start by putting a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun. Then add a turkey patty, a tomato slice, and your favorite toppings. Put the other half of the bun on top and serve hot. Have fun eating your tasty Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers!
