Why do I want a Hanna/Emily/Spencer ship so bad.

What are your favourite Spemily moments and favourite Spanna moments?

So dear to my heart…

Ah, for Spemily I’d have to say any time they make up after a fight. And as much strain as she was putting on Paily, I really loved when Spencer was so confrontational with Paige because she thought she was -A. She was trying to protect Emily, but Spencer just has this way of messing things up by going at everything with 100%. She is a human bulldozer, but with Emily its always with love. Still makes Emily mad though and they fight lol. But the make up is what’s so precious to me.

My personal favorite is after her problem with the pills gets out and Emily is clearly upset with her. Spencer just standing there on her porch and she looks so small and her voice breaks up when she says "Please don’t send me away."

Oh god, that hug. Its a little bit desperate and she looks so relieved when Emily puts her arms around her. Emily just pulls her in closer and you know how much they missed each other and needed that reminder that they both care about each other.

Emily is kind of like the safe place for all of the girls. Spencer, Hanna and Alison seem a bit more needy of that from her. Her devotion and loyalty is reassuring to them as each one of them actually has issues with self-worth and self-love (primarily due to the way a/both parents have treated them).

I adore Spanna. I love how Hanna has a tendency to get sayings wrong, be confused by advanced vocabulary and the like. Spencer being the nerd that she is always corrects her, but she’s never mean about it or mocks her. She even congratulates Hanna when she uses a difficult word correctly or comes up with a valid theory/idea. Some may think its somewhat insulting, but its really not. She honestly is proud of Hanna in those moments.

Hanna’s a little bit ditzy, but she’s in no way stupid. People underestimate her a lot (Spencer included) because she has no filter. She says exactly what she thinks exactly when the thought crosses her mind. Yeah, she sounds quite silly at times and prefers to keep a rather upbeat state of mind. I think its something Spencer admires about her.

Being a Hastings means over thinking everything and hope breeds eternal misery. Hanna’s kind of like Spencer’s opposite. They bicker ALL THE TIME, but its always so playful and amusing to witness.

I think my single favorite Spanna moment was when Hanna broke her leg and Spencer leaned down to kiss the top of her head while she sat in her wheelchair. It was precious to me. Like Hanna was a little kid lol

OH, but then there’s Spannily. I loved when Spencer and Hanna took care of a drunk Emily who was trying to cope after Maya going away. Spencer kept trying to mother her, then going through her purse to get her keys and drive her to her house. Hanna tucking her in. Also when Emily and Spencer went to stay with Hanna while her mother was gone. All the hugs/hand holds, trying to get Hanna to eat and doing the dishes together for her. They’re just all so precious to me.

I also see Hanna getting huffy and friend-jealous. Spencer and Hanna seem the most protective of Emily. It's entertaining lol. I don't think either one of them will ever fully come around to Emison. Especially Spencer. I agree that Aria won't know what to do. Aria has made several comments about Emily liking Alison still whereas Spencer is like *death glare* when Emily says she doesn't know how she feels.

Oh, I think Hanna already is kinda jealous. Did you see her face when she noticed the Emison hand hold? She leans in to ask her fellow Emily protector the deal too.

I know the death glare! I laughed when Aria asked Emily if she still had feelings for Alison and it showed Spencer’s face. It was like Spencer was just staring at her saying “No, don’t you dare. Don’t you dare, Emily Fields. You’re too good for this mess.”
