So the government bans children being born and starts killing those who don't pass "the test" the test covers education, social, physical, mental, political etc etc

And we follow a group of teens who are studying for the test and a group of them fail and now live on the road together, knowing they could be killed at any time but at least they are free and gay

Oh oh and like they find some children who've been born and taken them in as the parents are being killed

Forced sterilisation happens at like 12-13

But it may fail

If you get an amazing score on the test, you may be allowed to have children

You train for this at birth

You do this test at 16

Then you can retake it at 20 if you have a clean record (not doing crimes and being "socially good")

You need this test to do good jobs like doctor etc

If you don't pass this test you are seen as criminals who deserve to die

Obviously art and music etc are controlled, you need a license and those who have passed the test can only get this licence
