ARE YOU READY TO GET STUPIFIED?!

Because here he is!

Exclusively coming from the Lord Slug movie, here is Super Saiyan Goku before The Proper Super Saiyan Goku in Sparking Zero! This is, by technicality, still known as "Super Saiyan Son Goku", but due to it, well... not exactly how it turned out to be, many fans have dubbed this form as, what it is widely known as,

False Super Saiyan, or Pseudo-Super Saiyan!!!

As many know by now, this was meant originally to be simply The Super Saiyan form for Goku made by Toei for the Lord Slug movie, however it ended being significantly different to what Toriyama eventually created. Not only that, but the form ended up being very short-lived in the movie, as if it did not really click in, so to speak. Hence, the naming convention from fans!

This is remarkable to see representation for the form in a fully fleged video game! Granted, it, apparently, is simply just an Ultimate Attack, but still! Getting an actual model, ANY acknowledgment by the officials?! This is historic!

While the form is barely as beloved as many other forms, it still has a fan base of devoted lovers, including me!!!

Interestingly, this form has gotten so little representation that it only barely managed to show up in Dokkan Battle and as two completely different trading cards! The former only having the form as a small cameo. Which... is surprising. Considering the plethora of characters and forms in the game.

Anyway, big congratulations to False SSJ! I have adored the form since I was a kid, always bringing it up when my friends, or even my siblings, would discuss Goku's forms! It most likely has no future, and will probably still be relegated to very, very, VERY few cameos, but congratulations are still in order!
