Adora beamed at the look on Glimmer’s face when she saw what was inside. She chuckled at Glimmer’s question and shook her head. “Hah, no, I wish. I’m not nearly that skilled. I had a jeweller in Bright Moon make it. He was very happy to make it for the Queen, after all.” Of course, it wouldn’t have mattered if it had cost money, because Glimmer was worth it. “I wouldn’t be who I am without you and Bow. I wanted you to know how much it means to me that you two were willing to give me a chance in the first place.”

Adora looked shyly at her. “It looks really pretty on you.”

    She didn’t know what to expect when she entered Glimmer’s     room unannounced. Normally, it wouldn’t be a big deal, she     often did after all. It seemed this time, she may have should     have knocked because seeing the Queen in her underwear     was probably a little too comfortable in their friendship. Well,     for her it wasn’t so much of a big deal seeing how the Horde     had locker rooms for changing and all the females would do     so in front of each other all the time, but this....          This was vastly different.     A flush formed over her cheeks and instantly turned her back     toward her, rubbing her neck awkwardly and covering her eyes.             ❛ S-sorry Glimmer! I was just gonna... I’m gonna go...        hahaha yeah, leave. That’s what Adora should be                  doing right about now - ❜

The war had ended after so many years of never-ending battles, destroyed and regained territories, so many losses between both sides. It had been a difficult task, but every kingdom decided to restore their former glories, past beyond The Horde’s days.

All of Etheria was in celebration, 2 marvelous weeks of homecoming parties, festivals, the recently new appointed “Praise the Warriors” day. Etheria was submerged in a deep state of contentment.

Except  for Adora.

“..Ugh I-I don’t know what to wear for Princess Prom, I don’t even want to go…” she passed up and down the castle main grounds, muttering and whispering to herself. “·I mean we need to start preparing for the upcoming expeditions, Entrapta is already developing new fleet..” She stopped for a second, her baby blue eyes gazing absently minded towards the shimmering impenetrable walls of Bright Moon’s fortress “...I just wished Glimmer could see through this” her right hand moved towards her pocket, taking out one pearl earring. This was a token of how much their relationship mattered to each other, a reminiscence of their promises.

Adora sighed leaning against one of the yard statues “..Etheria help me..”

She’s surprisingly quiet as she’s perched herself up on a high spot. The desire to tinker has subsided for now and Entrapta finds herself lost in her thoughts. Jumping from one point to the next and then back to the first one. She’s so lost she doesn’t realize someone is there until their shadow is practically engulfing her frame.

“Ah! O-Oh. You scared me there. Where you there for a long time?”
