"I… guess?" The wishmaster wasn't really sure on how to respond to that. From his Time Room, he'd been able to see many worlds and many beings. The Diamonds and their empire fell under that large umbrella, yet Prismo admittedly hadn't looked into it as much as he should've. Pink Diamond's mention of a colony made the wishmaster grit his teeth nervously. The little he did know about the Diamonds proved that colonies and the like were anything but peaceful. Such was life for an alien species, he supposed…
And it wasn't like he could nor would stop another colony being put in place. That wasn't his job. It'd only be his job if someone came to him and wished all the colonies away. That kind of a wish would need such extreme precision that Prismo doubted it'd even work.
At the very least, Pink Diamond seemed happy about it. Nothing hasn't really happened yet for her, so he shouldn't worry. His figure gulped the insecurities of the inevitable down for later. "But yeah, dreams are really something else. I have an… acquaintance that handles all that sorta biz. Ever seen the Cosmic Owl show up in any of your dreams? That's my guy." A part of him hoped she hadn't, or at the very least, not yet. His prophetic dreams would be rather useful if things started snowballing very fast and very catastrophically. Prismo had to have faith that she would do better than the other Diamonds.
"Since you were just talking about it, what does a colony… entail?" Prismo could absolutely find this out on his own, but her attitude and her own definition could speak louder than most words could. And, after all, this was kind of an ice breaker, even if this was one of the most heavy ways of handling it.
