As for Mean Hotch, he is definitely currently taking pleasure out of making Spencer wear a vibrator at a BAU lecture for some LEOs.
Spencer is supposed to be all professional but his face is flushed and he can’t concentrate at all. The vibrator is never on one setting long enough for him to get used to it. Plus Hotch’s eyes on him means he loses track of everything he was supposed to say.
JJ is concerned that Spence is coming down with something and asks Hotch if maybe Spencer should go home/back to the hotel to rest but Hotch tells her it’s fine and let Spencer finish his speech.
