Watching the English dub of yuri, love English yuuri's voice and I’ve pretty much gotten used to victor and yurio’s voices (I still can't quite figure out why the Russian accent was so shocking to me at first), but Jesus Christ what is chris’ voice, it was so startling to hear him talk and I just can’t get over how ridiculous he sounds.

Aaaah you’re watching this is so exciting! I think the ‘fat jokes’ are a combination of it being a comment on him being a professional athlete who is clearly not training any more and a bit of 'lost in translation’, from what I’ve heard Victor’s comments are definitely supposed to be more endearing than they sound in English!

I’m on episode 3! And ahhh okay that makes a LOT more sense. Because just reading them I’m like shit, that’s mean! So I’ll try to read it like ‘chirping’ in check please haha

So far I think I like it, though I admit I’m having trouble sometimes remembering that Yuri is 23. I’ve never watched anime before and the way it switches between harsh lines and cartoony soft lines will take some getting used to. But the boys are beautiful and I love the skating!

Sorry to hear about your heating :( As someone who has also had to deal with shitty uni landlords, I've got a couple of tips that might help! Does you rent include bills? If your rent doesn't include bills they legally can't control how you decide to heat your house since you're paying. If it does include bills, check your contract to see if it mentions heating control. If it doesn't mention it in your contract they don't legally have any right to change it. (tbc)

(pt2) If it does include it in your contract, you can argue that they're providing unsafe accommodation. (British Minimum standards for private housing is 18 in sleeping rooms, and 21 in living rooms, when the temperature outside is -1 and should be available at all times) Of course with all of this a gentle email might do the trick, but if they're being an ass you DO have rights as a tenant, and often even the threat of utilising those rights is enough to incite change!

Yeah the bills are included in our contract so he’s pretty much free to do whatever the hell he wants with it :/ I’ll have to rally my housemates together and get him to change it

My Notes: This story made me believe in Sebklaine. This story is also just the start of a really great sub!Sebastian verse. I love the dynamics and I love how nothing is overly sexual. There is definitely more emphasis on the mindset of submission rather than the sexual acts, which is a plus for me.
