looking for a lip gallagher x black reader i read a while back where reader was super sweet and maybe related to veronica? she had moved in with v and kev and her and lip eventually start dating and even get married. her parents show up at one point bc she's become sick and they reveal that she has lupus. there's some angst in the classic "i'm no good for you/if you love someone let them go" way but it eventually works out.
