It was a beautiful evening in the city that Spatrius wasn’t familiar with. She wasn’t familiar with Earth for that matter. She had only just landed on the planet not too long after escaping some of Koji’s men. She wasn’t quite sure if she lost them- or if they had followed her here, so she felt obligated to keep a low profile. She held a hood over her head to mask as much of her identity as she could, all the while holding a few books she had taken and some papers in an incomprehensible language- it almost seemed like it was just a bunch of scribbles and symbols. Nothing anybody on this planet would understand, and definitely something she would have to keep secure and close to her. She hugged her pile closer to her as she looked downwards, watching leaves brush past from the gentle breeze pushing them along.
She sighed slightly, gazing around a bit while still staring towards the ground. She hadn’t SEEN anyone around, which was a good thing. She just had to find a place to hide for the night. Out at night with little to no one around would be bad in her case. If one of Koji’s men found her…. If someone just as bad as them found her… It would be game over.
Though, despite her thinking she was roaming the streets alone at this time, she found herself not moving forward anymore, rather she had stumbled back, almost losing her grip on her stack of books and papers, catching a paper that just about blew away with the breeze. She quickly looked up, taking a step back in immediate fear that she had just bumped into the wrong person to mess with. Different words ran through her mind of what to say. What was the word? The word they used when they wished for forgiveness?
“..... I-I’m…. S-S….orry.” She pieced together through hard thought. She at least tried.
