HAHAHAHAHA- I finally finished this fucker’s new design/ref. I wanted to- make him his own kind of individual while still paying homage to old and new Pennywise.

I consider this my own version of Penny by this point and- Bert is now even the canon version of it for the Emporium verse! So feel free to ask him questions on the blog there alongside the crew members!

“Huh, I wonder what it’d be like to design a fusion of 1990 and 2017 Pennywise, lemme just- OH GOD WHY.”

Hoooooooo boy, drawing this was an absolute pain but yeah- this is what my own interpretation of Pennywise with the fused nature of both movie versions and booooy is he an absolute mess. I like to imagine that he has the feral energy and derpiness childishness of 2017 and the snarky/sarcastic charm and terrible sense of humor of 1990. I like to call him Bert. :U
