This year's 7th of May 2023 we use our own language again!
A few basic rules (this is very much copied from the original UYLD creators):
If your language is something other than English, on May 7th you can speak that language all day!
Speak whatever language feels good for you! Any and all!!
You’ll blog in your language all day: text posts, replies, tags (except triggers and organizational tags), the whole nine yards. Regardless of what language people choose to speak to you, you answer in your own.
Midnight to midnight according to your own time zone
English native speakers, if you wanna participate you can practice a second language you’re learning
The tag is gonna be #Speak Your Language Day or #spyld
Non-verbal, non-written languages (like ASl, dialects, otherwise non-written languages) are more than welcome!

es ist verrückt, aus meiner uuuhhhhhhhh hiatus (my german is very rusty, bear with me) an einem tag zurückzukommen an dem wir ermutigt werden andere sprachen zu sprechen, aber!!
es ist endlich wieder zeit über Desecrate zu sprechen. es ist monate her, seit ich daran gearbeitet habe, und wir haben gerade die gesamte geschichte (noch einmal) überarbeitet.
das heisst ich fange bei null an. wieder.
aber das ist okay! ich glaube es fängt endlich an uuhhhh starting to click! die dinge fangen an mit der handlung fall into place (there's gotta be a word for this german has so many words for specific things)!
ich muss wirklich mehr deutsch lernen,,,,,,,
anyways,,,, nach der überarbeitung von Desecrate habe ich nicht wirklich etwas zu schreiben, das ich mitteilen könnte. ich habe allerdings etwas kunst! und ich werde einige der änderungen an der handlung mit euch teilen, die ich vorgenommen habe, und was ich mit den scenes i cut!

jetzt werde ich für die änderungen an der handlung auf english unsteigen, weil es für mich wirklich schierig wird
so, basically, the biggest change is the beginning. for the past like 5 itterations of Desecrate, we've opened up chapter 1 with Kit moving into his Papa's house with Isaac and Benny by his side. He's had his crutches with him from day one on this wild ride called life!! and that's really fun, but I don't think we get to explore Kit's vices well with them there.
Kit is an alcoholic. He turns to a routine of alcohol to sleep and deal with the prophetic dreams he's receiving and energy drinks to last through his classes during the day. He hits rock bottom in this book, and I think having his emotional support QPP and dad figure there from page one hinders our chance to explore that.
So now they aren't there. Kit is alone for the first two weeks of lent now, and I'm really excited to see how that will impact the story!!
However, that means there are a lot of scenes that will no longer be relevant to the plot that I've already written! So what will I do with those?

save them and post them altogether as extras at the time of publishing desecrate
