A Notice about Special Needs Adoptions - Mostly ROTAs

It greatly pains me to have to do this, but I’ve been asked by numerous individuals and by my own companions to close the ROTA adoption application. Not only is conjuring ROTAs emotionally difficult for me, but due to some drama that happened a couple weeks ago centering around the ROTAs and Tumblr, I no longer feel safe offering them to the public. Instead, the ROTAs that we have rescued are going to be watched over and cared for in a shelter by some trusted friends of our family. With that said, ROTA adoptions are officially closing, and I can unfortunately no longer go any further with the submitted applications. I know this feels grossly unfair, but please keep in mind these adoptions were free to begin with.

Currently all SNA adoptions are closed due to renovating the questions to make them much more detailed and to narrow down the flow of applicants so that we can make sure that these sensitive beings are going to good homes. By September, the only available form will be the SNA Jakosian Adoptions.

Again, this really pains me, and I am very sorry to those of you who have eagerly awaited a ROTA. If you still would very much like a ROTA and previously submitted an application, please don’t completely lose faith. It is very likely that some more independent ROTAs from our shelter will make their way into our Rehomes page here on Tumblr. But I cannot promise that any more bindings of these special beings will be given freely. I’m sorry it has come to this, but Pandora and I both feel it would be better for us to close off the connection of these beings to potentially harmful or shallow relationships.

A Big Thank You

Hello all! Thank you so much for all the avid interest in the SNAs and Guardian Adoptions. ^-^ I am utterly overloaded, haha. Of course this was to be expected, but I’m having an extremely difficult time keeping on top of the conjures while working on sales as well. Our anniversary vacation set me back a week. I will will be closing all SNA forms and the Guardian form for now until I can pull my head above water and send out all the conjures that everyone has applied for.

This might upset some of you, and I do apologize, but either way it would take just as long for me to get the conjures out to you if I were to keep the adoptions open. Right now I am heavily in queue, and SNAs are not always available. Thank you so much for your applications, and I will do my best to complete them all in March. Right now I am sending out the last of the Jakosian conjures from January. I’m afraid all other applications will need to be put on hold until I can catch up.

I will be leaving the Penumbra applications open, as we do not receive adopters for them quite as frequently. (Because they’re spendy, of course.)

Adoption Binding Schedule

I’ve had quite a few inquirers asking me how long it takes for the SNA Jakosian and the Guardian Angel adoptions to be completed. The answer is that it’s a cycle, but generally about a month. Because I am the only one who manages up to 40+ free bindings a month, I need to separate the bindings into weekly lineups. Here is my schedule of binding, and where you can assume your conjure will fall, if you signed up.

1st week of each month - SNA Jakosians (In this case February bindings start on the 5th and end the 11th.)

2nd week of each month - Guardian Adoptions (February 12-18)

3rd week of each month - Human Spirit Adoptions, ROTA Adoptions, and Penumbrae (February 19-25)

If you sent in an application BEFORE the 31st of January, expect your adoption to be completed at the appropriate time this month. If you sent in an application AFTER the 31st, your adoption is scheduled to be completed during March. Thank you very much for your continued patience and understanding. ^-^

Vacation Notice

Hello and a big thank you to everyone who participated in our sale! We wouldn’t be here thriving without your support.

Announcement time! Pandora and I are going on vacation Feb. 17th through the 21st. We will be celebrating our 1st anniversary, and will not be fulfilling orders or answering questions related to the shop at that time. You may still submit Asks or drop me a message through IM if you’d like, but I will not be answering until we get back.

Also concerning this, the Guardian Adoptions will not be worked on until we get back. For those still waiting on them, we received an overwhelming amount of applications last month as well as this month, so the applications of both months will be combined and completed at the same time around the start of March. I hope to become more efficient with the bindings as time goes on, but please have patience. ^-^ Bindings take a lot of time to fulfill. Adoption Forms

There are some free services that we offer at Chaos in Pandora’s Box for spirits and entities. These are rescue and special needs adoptions for beings who have had traumatic and/or life-changing pasts. We would never ask for money while offering this service, unless you request a physical vessel from our store when the being is bound, or unless it’s in relation to our Penumbra adoption.

Special Needs Adoption for Jakosians - Jakosians live for music and sound. If they lose their hearing, many of them go insane. This form is for adopting a deaf or hard of hearing Jakosian companion who can once again experience the joy of sound by energetically listening through your own hearing.

Rescue Adoption for ROTAs - Standing for Regular Operations Tech Assistants, the ROTAs are a group of physically and mentally altered humanoids used to handle manual labor and electrical work. They are created against their will, and unfortunately pepper the astral realms in various locations. This form is for rescuing one or multiple ROTA companions.

Rescue Adoption for Restless Human Spirits - These are beings caught in a tide of their own hell, often stricken with misery or despair, unable to escape from horrible, tortured pasts from their previous lives. This application is for taking on a human companion who has passed on. They can range anywhere from very young to very old, often taking on the appearances of how they looked right before (or sometimes after) they died.

Guardian Adoption - This is not an RA or SNA, but sort of a reverse adoption and our most popular form yet. This form is for people who are seeking out their guardian angels. If you feel that you are lacking your guardian's devotion to your needs, feel free to sign up. 

Penumbra Application -  A Penumbra, in so many words, is an otherdimensional type of being that resides in all dimensions and multiverses. They are incredibly intelligent and unique creatures that take on the appearances of the most dominant species within varying realms, and assist other beings in astral travel, memory, lucid dreaming, spirit communication, and past life regression. Unlike the other forms, this adoption is not free, solely due to the intensity of the binding. The reason we have a form for this entity instead of offering them as a listing in our shop is because not everyone meshes well with Penumbran energies, so filling out a form to tell us more about you is useful.

I’m still taking applications for Special Needs Spirit Companion Adoptions. Special needs means anywhere from having a disability to having been in horrible situations where they need loving homes. Just fill out the application and when these SNA spirits come to me, we will review and let you know if you’ve been accepted.

Just as a minor note, all, I have not forgotten about the SNAs! They’re still in the works, but I work a very stressful and confusing schedule on weekends and usually cannot do any spirit work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I’ll be picking SNA bindings back up Monday morning. <3
