I was just rewatching one of Kalafina's interviews and there's this particular interview where Wakana wins a plushie and a manga (I think, I don't understand Japanese, sorry XD) and then Hikaru asks her to exchange it with her (it looked that way) Hope you can understand which interview I'm talking about! They had different talk sections and performed “to the beginning”, “Consolation” and “Yume no Daichi” at the studio.

The moment you are referring to was during the second talk session. They are in a so called “room of secrets” and they have different items lined up on a table. It’s stuff they are currently into and they are each supposed to pick up their favourite items and introduce them.
Wakana goes first. She picks up some tea and a manga called “Kimi ni Todoke”. At that time she was obsessed with manga. She borrowed them from Hikaru so she could read them in her free time. Originally she had only fallen in love with the anime but when she mentioned it to Hikaru she also recommended the manga. They did a lot of fangirling together because they both adore every work in the Kimi ni Todoke world, by now Wakana has read all volumens of the manga and they are both obsessed with the live action movie. Wakana talks about how great and cute the story of the two main characters is. She likes how a big portion of their story takes place in winter so they are always wearing fluffy clothes and worrying about each other being cold. That’s the part where Wakana re-enacts a scene, pretending to ask Keiko if she is cold and taking her hand. Keiko acts like a blushing virgin and pulls her hand away shyly. Keiko is very much entertained by all of this. Then Wakana almost cries remembering some of the sad scenes in the manga. She blabbers on and on until she is stopped by the host Akihiro Tomita. She didn’t even get to introduce her second item XD
Keiko picked up some chocolate and a textbook on nutrition to help with her work-outs. After all she has to work off all that chocolate. Hikaru picked up a DVD set of a Japanese travel/reality show called モヤモヤさまぁ～ず2 / Complicated SUMMERS 2
Later the viewers have to vote whose choice they like most. The winner receives the TV-chan plushie as present. Surprise, surprise, Wakana wins. She really convinced the audience with her passionate introduction. She is super hyped. Hikaru is a little jealous. She thinks they should share the prize since technically Wakana was only able to win because she borrowed the manga from her.
