Pages from a turn of the century (1896) type specimen catalog from the Caslon Type Foundry (England) listing an extraordinarily wide variety of novelty type faces in tiny sizes: Pica (2-line nonpareil, or 12 pt, not that small) to Nonpareil (6pt) to Pearl (5 pt) and Diamond (4.5 pt, very small) sizes.
