Funny how I used to try and keep quiet about all this. Goes to show how far I’ve come, I suppose.

Chronological order button pls?

I think you mean the storyline’s order, yes? I don’t think I have a chronological order for it installed on the blog, but let me recap for you! ((And, if anybody else are interested in learning.)) It’ll be simplified for easy reading. Celestia and Luna were created as the element of Light. Respectively, Sun and Moon.

To balance out, five “mimicorns”, later on called Titans, were made. Makers are unknown at this time.

These titans were known as Furia(Fire), Ea(water),Gaia(Earth), Illiria(Air) and Kin-Ay(Darkness). They had their own Kingdoms with their own folk. 

These titans were crafted to look like Alicorns. 

When Kin-Ay opened her eyes to the world, she found an odd skull placed upon her waking grounds. It was not of Equestria.

Soon, she found out about her “father”, and Eldritch being that rested in The Great Below. The Great Below is an upside down version of Equestria. The nameless Eldritch was dormant before life found the planet, and as soon as that happened, it began to observe and create a “negative” version of whatever inhabited it.

The whispers of the Eldritch soon drove Kin-Ay to corruption - though her intentions were never bad, she became manipulative even to her siblings(the other titans).

At this point, Fortunate Cookie was a young unicorn mare in a pagan tribe that resided in Everfree Forest. Their tribe was seen as “witches and warlocks”, and was then burned down to the depths of the forest by others. 

Soon, due to Kin-Ay’s work, a war between the titans and the princess began. During this war, Kin-Ay discovers the Spirit of Shadow - shattered pieces of an unknown being that is petrified of any sort of light but with great essence of power within each small fragment. She used the shards to create the Seers, by infusing the shards with the ponies’ souls. This allowed them to network and see various realms and timelines, but had to wear a blindfold in order to survive the Shard’s reaction towards light.

In the end, the titans being banished - Furia to a volcano, Illiria to an ever moving cloud, Gaia to a mountain, Ea to the depths of an ocean. Kin-Ay was buried underground - right into the arms of the Eldritch God. Precisely as it was planned. Kin-Ay made her propechy of The Looming Shadow right before she was banished. 

Celestia took over Kin-Ay’s forces and tried to clear them of any Darkness corruption they may carry. Some escaped and hid away in the dark corners of Equestria, whilst some, like the Seers, were taken away. Celestia tried to purge the shard out, but as soon as the blindfold was taken off, the Shard would instantly react, destroying the host pony from the inside. Painful.

Princess Luna took over and instead of trying to rip the memories and the spirit shard away from the soul it was infused to, she created a bubble and trapped it all there. In return, the Seers pledged their alliance to serve Luna - becoming the Moon Guard.

Cookie’s husband-to-be found a shard of Kin-Ay, and almost brought her back before Luna, using the Moon Guard’s abilities, destroyed the entire clan and the shard of Kin-Ay, making sure there was nothing left.

Discord rose and was banished by Celestia and Luna right around now. The Moon Guard served dutifully next to the Night Guard as Luna’s servants.

However, Kin-Ay’s whisperings - though dormant, sending her into the Old God’s lap allowed her to contact and watch Equestria, unlike her dormant siblings, plus, Discord’s rise also took a toll on the young Princess’ mind- and the Eldritch’s tamperings, Luna was eventually driven mad, taking the name Nightmare Moon, and be banished to the moon later on.

Celestia thought this was the prophecy Kin-Ay had told about, and once Nightmare Moon was defeated, the problem was solved.

The Moon Guard were forced into hibernation in fear of carrying the same madness Luna was exposed to, and would only awaken once Luna had returned.

Eventually, Luna returned and was seemingly freed from Nightmare’s hold - the Moon Guard awoke, but had no memory of anything of the past. They resumed their lives in sync with current Equestria.

Kin-Ay was also plotting all those years, to find a way to get back on Equestria. When Cookie woke, she forged a strong Spiritual Network with her siblings and turned her mind into a surreal, hellish Realm. Cookie had known of Kin-Ay’s portals, and tried to close it on her own, only to be kidnapped by Kin-Ay’s shadow minions.

A group of heroes ventured into the realm to save the seer. thetalesofwildcard was sent to assassinate the only Gatekeeper. Once the Sun’s Gatekeeper was downed, there was only very little to do. Another named Duke was released to kill off a rather large amount of ponies to forge flesh golem for Kin-Ay to possess, and Silver Tongue abduct a tome to recite the spells. Soon enough, with the help of the group, Cookie was saved - and Kin-Ay, along with her siblings, were set free. They took a mortal figure and hid themselves, and now travel the world as “musicians”.

Recently, Cookie had started to have odd dreams of other realms, strange ones, and nightmarish end-of-the-world scenes. Followed by ghastly visions of one who has been through an awful lot.

Now, something has triggered the dormant Spirit of Shadow to awake, and the Moon Guard to return. The Moon Guard was to awaken if Luna was in great danger.
