Cardio Hybrid Workout: (Day 4) T25 Alpha - Speed 1.0
Well luckily I woke up not as sore as I went to bed. I was still feeling it pretty damn good but I was functional. Also Thank God it was just Speed 1.0. I forgot how much I love the stretching in between the main moves. It was a life saver. I made it all the way through maybe not as fast as a good day, but I will take the small miracles.
Just one more workout this week and it’s Ab Intervals from Alpha. So some muscles will get a three day rest. YAY!
Speed 1: Jack and Annie discuss a relationship after surviving the train crash.
