Finished a custom Sigismund, shown here in his latter days. I could not resolve myself to paint him a beard.
I feel like I have taken a step forwards with him, thanks to a chat I had with a professional painter who taught me that metal could be treated as any color, and that black needed to be darkened sometimes.
Anyways, this guy is a kitbash made with anvil industry legs, spellcrow torso and tabards, kromlech sword and GW MKIII arms and MKIII/IV shoulderpads, head and MKIII backpack.
I gotta admit, assembling those Orks is incredibly fun. I intend to not have a single Boy made entirely with either resin or plastic, they all must be mixed.
I wanted to give the shot through hat head to the Big Shootah Boy, but unfortunately those pirate heads are a bit too big. They feel almost Nob sized.
I intend to magnetize the Kaptin’s left arm, so that I can switch between Big Choppa and Power Klaw. Maybe I should also greenstuff him a beard while I’m at it?
Frogs!

I genuinely cannot tell if this is actually hideous or just jolie-laide brutto interesting.
