Some wasps from August 27th, 2023. Sphex ichneumoneus and Sphex pensylvanicus on Monarda punctata from Pinhey Sand Dunes, and Myzinum sp. ♀ from mud lake. Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

After 3 and a half hours spent patiently waiting in the greenbelt by patches of goldenrod, I finally caught Sphex ichneumoneus! It was subsequently released.
