Ingredients: 4 pork chops. 1/2 cup olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon dried oregano. 1 tablespoon dried rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 lemon, sliced.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Place pork chops in a baking dish and coat them with the prepared mixture. Arrange lemon slices on top of the pork chops. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve the pork chops with your favorite sides and enjoy!
