These pork chops are seasoned with love and baked to perfection. The combination of herbs and citrusy lemon slices adds a burst of flavor that will make this dish a favorite.
Ingredients: 4 pork chops. 1/2 cup olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon dried oregano. 1 tablespoon dried rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 lemon, sliced.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Place pork chops in a baking dish and coat them with the prepared mixture. Arrange lemon slices on top of the pork chops. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve the pork chops with your favorite sides and enjoy!

Ingredients: 4 tilapia fillets. 1 lemon, sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. Fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put fillets of tilapia on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Rub the fillets with olive oil and season them with thyme, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil. Sprinkle the seasoning on both sides of the fillets in the same way. Season the fillets and then put lemon slices on top of them. For 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish is easy to flake with a fork, bake in an oven that has already been heated. Add fresh parsley as a garnish if you like. Warm it up on the baking sheet and serve it right away.
