Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips. 1 cup beer. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 tsp salt. 1 tsp black pepper. 1 tsp smoked paprika. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. 1/2 cup buttermilk. 2 cups crushed pepper biscuits. Oil for frying.
Instructions: In a bowl, marinate chicken strips in beer for 1 hour. In another bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Dip marinated chicken in buttermilk, then coat in seasoned flour mixture. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve fried chicken on crushed pepper biscuits.
