Ingredients: 1 flatbread crust. 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded. 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper. 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper. 1/2 cup diced red onion. 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/2 cup ranch dressing. 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce adjust to taste. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C. Put the ranch dressing and chipotle sauce in a small bowl and mix them together. You can change how spicy the chipotle sauce is to your liking. Lay the pizza crust out on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the chipotle ranch sauce out evenly on the flatbread crust, making sure to leave a little space around the edges. On top of the sauce, spread out the diced red and green bell peppers, cooked chicken, and red onion. Add the chopped Monterey Jack cheese on top of the other ingredients. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the crust is golden brown and crispy.
