Using an immersion blender, carefully blend the soup until smooth and creamy. Alternatively, transfer the soup in batches to a blender and blend until smooth. Be cautious when blending hot liquids. Ingredients: 2 packs of instant ramen noodles. 4 cups chicken broth. 2 tbsp miso paste. 1 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tbsp sesame oil. 1 tsp grated ginger. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms. 1/2 cup sliced green onions. 1/4 cup corn kernels. 1 tsp chili garlic sauce. 2 soft-boiled eggs, halved. Seaweed sheets for garnish.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to boil the instant ramen noodles. Remove the water and set it aside. Miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic should all be put in a pot together. Over medium-low heat, bring to a boil.
