Ingredients: 4 hamburger patties. 4 whole wheat burger buns. 1 cup broccoli florets, blanched. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 1 large sweet potato, cut into wedges. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 4 lettuce leaves. 1 tomato, sliced.
Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season hamburger patties with salt and pepper. Grill patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking. In a bowl, toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
