How do you think Vriska will react to meeting Aranea for the first time? Vriska always worshipped Mindfang but I doubt Aranea will be what she expected. Especially since Aranea's so much like Kanaya.

Hmm... if they do actually meet, it could go either way. She might be disappointed, and maybe she'd just shun and/or ignore her. Or she might warm up to her if Aranea told her any cool stories she wrote. Maybe Vriska could teach her how to fuck shit up. Vriska did like Kanaya despite her carping, who knows?

If it were up to ME of course, they'd be the best team ever and save everyone and make out and make beautiful spidertroll babies.

How is Aranea and Vriska not a ship? Frankly I'm a little disappointed in you, fandom. Especially since you are a fandom that ships EVERYTHING.
