“...What on Hyrule are you wearing?” He was one to talk. “Nevermind that!! There’s an acting gig, you should go with me!!”
How was he supposed to entice her though... “They pay in exposure! We’ll be famous!”

ah... fishing. this is about as relaxing as it gets. the kids back in the lower quarter always enjoyed the occasional ice fishing trip, too, so it's a funny lil' coincidence that he happened to bump into kay on his way here! but it's one he accepts with open arms.
"...hey, think we'll catch that giant ghost fish everyone's been talking about?"
yeah, right! what's a trip without harmless tomfoolery, though?

Luz and Kay both very much wanted to go to the beach together, but Kay’s sensitivity to sunlight made it difficult. So, when they learned that there was a special night swimming event for the summer festival, the girls enthusiastically agreed they had to see it.
Fireflies in the water sounded magical and strange, and the sight of the glowing dots in the water was... well, Luz could only describe it as magical.
“Wow... y’know, I read online once about bioluminescent plankton that show up on a beach somewhere on Earth, but like... I feel like this rainbow of colors is arguably better.”
She turned to Kay with a grin, and tapped Kay’s shoulder with her fist. “Last one in’s a stinky trash slug!” she announced, before breaking into a run towards the water.

That was no good. Zelos was checking the security system on his phone and it looked like Lloyd had forgotten to lock up. He was wide awake now...So, mind as well just make his way down there. It should take under an hour with all things said and done.
It didn’t take long for the man to get ready, while he was thinking about it, he wanted to leave a note on Lloyd’s work bench, to tease him. Luckily, Zelos was a crazy person and raided a stationary store ‘for his book keeping needs’ but really...He just wanted nice pens and paper. Who knew he would get to use them!
‘Hey,
You forgot to lock up. Luckily, I was in the area. ♥ Sorry I missed you.’
That would do. Sword in tow, Zelos was going to make his way to the forest where their forge sat.
--
Getting there was. Annoying. With the moonlight barely illuminating the path, Zelos was tempted to invest in some lanterns for nights like these. Curious, when he approached the forge, the door was cracked. Had Lloyd really been that careless?
He didn’t want to jump to conclusions but...
When he stepped inside, and flicked the light on, everything seemed to be in order... The fires were off, nothing was ripped from the wall, Kay was on the couch, and nothing else was open.
Wait.
Kay was on the couch?!
“What in the world--?! What are you doing here, princess?! No one’s home!”

Someone has been following her. The child has been making her way down city streets for at least ten minutes now, but someone is behind her, and has been there for at least half that time. Turning around would probably be a bad idea... It could be someone that wants to hurt her. Do the people here know who she is, bug or not? She’s pretty sure if there was someone who wanted to prey on young bugs here, the young bug that also happens to be royalty might be a bigger target than most other spiders.
But... curiosity killed the caterpillar, and this curiosity is about to make her burst. So she turns around, and-
Oh. It’s just another child. Taller than her, and definitely not a bug. But still just a child. Why was she following her, though? She watches her intently, waiting for an explanation from the stranger.
