I'm very glad your answer resonated :) I have a lot of thoughts on the symbolism and metaphors packed into time-loops, and writing about them in a way that could, ideally, connect, was something I had fun doing — hearing people say they did connect is something else entirely, though! no because you don't understand the act of taxidermy for podcast character 108 runs deep in their blood, though! their skin is barely their own and every act they take is stilted—in the act of being killed and rebuilt they're finally able to be authentic in themself, if only due to the fact that the false image they've always felt is properly, finally, expressed in their newly stiffened form!! not to even start on how they've taken "haunting the narrative" to a new level...
