Would you dare to take a perch on either of these? The Spike Chair by Alexander Lervik and The Dome Stool by Toer look as though they'd be both incredibly uncomfortable and more the the point unstable. This is where the genius of design comes in to play as they are actually perfectly stable and fairly comfortable.
