Last night was amazing. I don’t even know which video to post because they played all of my favorites. But this has always been at the top. Growing up when people asked what my fav song was generally, it always felt weird saying it was this one — a song about 3 kids drowning in the ocean because their mother was too catatonic from being left by her husband to pay any attention to them. But this was the first song to ever give me literal goosebumps. I distinctly remember hearing it for the first time. And while I love this 2.0 version with the whole band, the original of just Nick and his acoustic guitar will always be near and dear to my heart.
Also, I snagged the set list from Suitor, bought a sick ass dagger band tee from Have Mercy, and got a photo with Landon (my fav Spill Canvas band member).
