spin programming in particular makes me so mad because it pathologizes some of the most normal ever trauma responses. oh you feel dizzy and your thoughts get scrambled when you get triggered? that couldn't possibly ever be something that happens normaly. HAS to be a sign you were spun around really fast! and because there's that so called "paper" everyone trots out as "proof" the community insists it's sooooo real and definitely possible
Right??? Like, literally this is just somebody looking at a normal response to stress and trauma and deciding it had to be a programmed response. It's right up there with claiming an odd-looking skin growth is proof of a pact with the Devil.
Could you talk a little bit more about carousel programming? Does it ever present itself externally?
Carousel Programming can be linked to Confusion programming and Spin programming.
Confusion Programming-The alters are unable to separate reality and make believe. They will become confused with what they have been told, and what the truth is. (Base program)
Spin Programming-Designed to spread effects such as pain, painful emotions, and other feelings or urges globally in the system for purposes of either designing and building a system, or harassing alters and disrupting psychotherapy.
Physical movements, When the programming is at its peak parts may move in ways that mimic being physically spun. These movements tend to be rhythmic and repetitive, they may involve a part of the body, they can be subtle and may go unnoticed by an outside observer. The movements tend to be steady, fluid, subtle, and rhythmic than typical body movements.
what is spin and shatter programming and how do you deal with them when triggered?
Spin Programming-Designed to spread effects such as pain, painful emotions, and other feelings or urges globally throughout a subjectâs personality system for purposes of either designing and building a young subject's personality system, or harassing older subjects anddisrupting psychotherapy. Spin programming appears to be based on a combination of physical spinning, cognitive and imagery training, and repetition and practice aimed at creating an internal multi-alter spinning the pain or affective components of numerous traumatic memories simultaneously to large groups of targeted alters.
Signs and symptoms of Spin Programs are;
Global Effects, symptoms occurring like a "storm," pressure, dizziness, a sense of spinning inside, physical movements related to the internal experience of spinning, and spinning-related imagery and vocabulary. When a subject is affected by a specifically targeted program, she or he typically experiences one or a small number of alters having emotions or urges or manifesting behaviours, while most orall other alters remain unaffected.
Global effects, The flurries of pain, affect, or impulse tend to grow in intensity, build to a crescendo, maintain that peak for a time, and then gradually diminish before finally subsiding. Nearly every alter in the system is lashed by the âwind and rainâ of the storm, often without understanding why these effects are occurring, and doing their best to minimize damages until the storm passes.
Pressure, When spin programs are active, the affected alters subjectively experience high levels of force or pressure, as if they are sitting at the outside edge of a rapidly rotating disc. They feel overwhelmed by this pressure, finding it impossible to resist, and they often complain of symptoms that would be caused by mounting internal pressure, such as headaches that feel like they are going to cause the head to explode from the inside, disruption of speech, vision problems, and similar phenomena.
Dizziness. As the internal spinning associated with spin programming increases in speed and force, subjects frequently complain of dizziness. At these times, they may be literally feeling the sensations caused by the original spinning, because they are experiencing a planned revivification or flashback of that event.
Sense of Spinning Internally. Along with the dizziness, subjects experiencing active spin programs often notice a sense of spinning internally.
Physical Movements. When the internal spinning is at its most intense, subjects often move in ways that a person might move while being physically spun. These movements tend to be rhythmic and repetitive, they may involve any part of the body, and they are subtle and may escape notice. The movements tend to be slower, smoother, more fluid, more subtle, and more regular and rhythmic than typical ânervousâ movements.
Spinning-Related Imagery and Vocabulary. When describing their sensations during an active spin program, subjects often utilize imagery or words that are related to the experience of spinning. Typical words used include: vortex, whirlpool, whirlwind, tornado, cyclone, abyss, falling, drowning, sinking, being pulled or sucked down, being blown or shot or exploded out, tumbling, hurling, whirling, swirling, and twirling. Some alters have programmer-assigned names related to spinning (e.g., Spinner,).
Shatter Programming-Uses the images of mirrors, and glass shattering to assist in splitting the mind. The subject is advised to grab pieces of the shattered glass and put it back together. The subject will cut their hands, knees, and other parts of their bodies in an attempt to rebuild the glass. They will be advised this will happen to them if they attempt to rebuild themselves.

Working through programming takes safety. The parts who have been impacted by the programming assured they are safe.
It takes time to work through programming, Identifying the triggers and working towards managing them, and staying present.
Every time I try to remember things in the past or look too much into programming in an attempt to understand our system better, I'm hit with an intense feeling of spinning, like being sucked into a tornado, and it comes with a lot of dissociation. Is this some form of programming? Am I doing something wrong? Sorry if this is a silly question!
It can be spin programming.

What does a twister or tornado symbolize in TBMC programming? We get extremely dissociative and disoriented whenever we see a symbol like that somewhere. Many times we also start "rapid switching". Any thoughts on what this could mean? We can't figure it out because whenever I ask inside, we get a bad headache. Thank you.
A twister or tornado in TBMC symbolises spin programming.
can spin programing be done by an abuser or someone knows how to do it.. and not by a huge cult or born at birth and being programed
Programming is a complex process. If someone knows how to complete spin programming, and has the means and knowledge they can.

The spin programming I asked more about.. thier where like drugs used. A lot of sexual abuse and physical. He knew how to make new alters. One was dressed as a doctor. And thier where others too. Very afraid of GOD and religion. And I just remember so much pain and abuse then thrown in a chair. It would happen a lot. Even more when I didnât listen.

Still probably vague.
No, this isn't vague. It sounds like programming methods were used.
Do u have any other info about spin programming.. I barley told our therpist what happened to me.. like just the basics then after I shut the camera off and eneded I felt so sick like I was spinning I couldnât move. I was so scared. I barley talked about it... yet I talked the basics of what happened or the outline.. like the main one... and what age and stuff and being drugged and him knowing our names and all that...
The information your sharing is too vague for me to answer.
Spin programming is completed by a specified process for the individual being programmed. Â While the symptoms you're describing sound a lot like a panic attack after a difficult session with your therapist. Which is a normal response when talking about something traumatic.
I don't want to sound like I'm minimizing your experience. There are specific things that occur with programming. If you're able to share, feel comfortable sharing, can you please tell me more?
