Ingredients: 1 cup spinach leaves. 1 ripe banana. 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks. 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional.
Instructions: Place spinach leaves, banana, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, chia seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup if using into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are well combined. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
