There are slices of healthy whole grain bread in this vegan pesto hummus avocado sandwich, and inside them are creamy avocado, flavorful pesto, hearty hummus, and healthy spinach.

Ingredients: 2 slices whole grain bread. 1 ripe avocado, sliced. 2 tablespoons vegan pesto. 2 tablespoons hummus. Handful of fresh spinach leaves.

Instructions: Put vegan pesto on one piece of bread. Put hummus on the other piece of bread. Put slices of avocado on top of the hummus. On top of the avocado, put some fresh spinach leaves. The slice of bread with pesto on it is what holds the sandwich together. Cut in half and serve.
