you might be getting sleepy in the afternoons bc your body is having a hard time digesting what you ate for breakfast/lunch/whatever, i used to get like that too but i figured out i was intolerant to gluten and stopped eating as much of it and it made me feel a lot better
I never eat breakfast so I don't think that's the issue, but I'm wondering if it's maybe something I eat later in the day as I do usually eat a lotta stuff in the afternoon. maybe I should do an experiment and cut different things out of my diet for a few days and see if I feel any better.
