Spinel x human! s/o headcanons

💗 When she firsts meets her s/o shes most definitely nervous as heck as she's not used to feelings for anyone as something besides a friend, assuming they start off as friends of course. As at that point any sort of closeness she has would be with the diamonds or the crystal gems (especially steven)

💗 speaking of steven, it'ld be almost definite that he's the reason you meet in the first place, if spinel spent a decent amount of time on Earth steven would obviously want her to hang out with other people asides from him (just so she gets more used to people who aren't gems, good friend-making practise afterall)

💗 once you started to go out more, you can bet that you could be tracked down to either Beach citywalk fries (probably the only food you can get Spinel to eat) or Funland arcade, which its a miracle that you haven't gotten kicked out or banned from yet, if only Spinel would stop cheating via stretching.

💗 as time went on Spinel would probably find herself staying on Earth a little longer each time she came to visit, not that it would be a problem transport wise with easy warp-pad access and all. With the average time-span of a visit going from an hour or two to a day, which doesn't mean she'ld become hugely clingy but she'ld definitely get pretty attached to you.

Spinel listening to mcr headcanons

First ask! Super nervous but hope this came out well! (you have no clue how much I love this concept)

💗 gonna assume first of all that she would love it, especially with how pre-abandoned her jammed to sadie killer and the suspects.

💗 Most definitely sings along! with how she does it a lot more rough and unstructured to her usual style. Again, how shes sings along to MCR is pretty similar to how sadie sings.

💗 also gonna assume that a human s/o (platonic or otherwise is up to you) showed her their music, which means shes probably want them around to listen it with her, after all it’s a lot more fun if your dancing with someone else, how spinel dances to MCR?? a mystery for another day, though I could imagine she stomps or at least exaggerates her movement a lot.

💗 would probably not be someone to usually listen to the meaning of lyrics too closely but most definitely relates to welcome to the black parade on an emotional level, with it initally talking about someone being ‘left’ by a close friend/family member and all.

Spinel x goth s/o headcanons

❤ when first meeting her s/o, she probably doesn't have too much of an opinion at first but soon finds how you dress to be amazing, and how much you contrast to just about everyone else she knows.

❤ this is a large part of what drew her to you as in a way, you look like her (darkers colours as well as prominently darker features around the eyes whether it's makeup or not)

❤ y'all know this leads to spinel amd her s/o having matching outfits, choosing clothes and other accessories for each other being a favourite hobby for both of them (her s/o especially loves doing her hair while she loves doing their mascara and eyeliner to match her eyelashes)

❤ she LOVES listening to her s/o's music, appreciating how diverse it often is, she has a couple of definite favourites, even if she doesn't remember the song or bands name too well, what was that one band called again? alien sax friend?

❤ although if spinel sees any photos of her s/o when they were younger (or any point were they weren't particularly gothic) she could get concerned if they had experienced something similar to what she had that may have caused them to change so much, though they are quick to assure her that they are fine.

❤ overall, I imagine that spinel having a goth s/o would actually be extremely positive for developing acceptance of her own appearance, it being easier to improve her own self image when she sees someone that actually looks/dresses like her.

Spinel affection towards s/o headcanons

💕 pda ALL THE WAY no but honestly good luck getting her off you at any point in time. She'll almost always either be holding your hand or have an arm or two lazily wrapped around you.

💕 while she is definitely is more of a giver when it comes to affection, She loves recieving it just as much. A hug? amazing! A kiss (cheek, mouth where ever) faintworthy!
