Today at @surgebody spin and shape class, I rode a real ryder bike for the first time. How is it different from the other standard indoor cycles? - Well, it can move from side to side and ends up giving you almost all ranges of motion as you would get on a bike in an outdoor environment. Check out my stories to see the bike in action. - Balancing yourself on a real ryder bike is an additional challenge for your body and you have to work your core muscles to ride it as directed by the instructor. But it is all the more fun, that I can tell you for sure. - Another thing that I loved about @surgebody spinning class was that they include a full set of core and upper body workout in the one hour session. So you do 30 min of cycling followed by 30 min of core and upper body exercises which makes it a perfect full body workout. - Surge Body is located in Corcord Tower, Media City and they offer a bunch of other classes. If you are interested in only spin class then they offer that too. However, if you want to mix things up then I’d suggest you go for this half cardio and half core class.
