#keese draws #oc art #oc #warrior cats oc #spiraling upwards #I’ve drawn bristlestar and conestar before (right two)#the other two are both elmclan medics #the top left is silentfleck who I think I talked abt recent #and the bottom left is seabark she’s very silly #she’s doctor mal practice she’s going to need to remove all your organs #fun fact! she comes from the same cat group that murtlepaw is from #I’m not sure if it’ll come up in comic yet but idk maybe #she was accused of a murder she didn’t do so she ran away before they could kill her #shes never actually liked fighting so she was more than happy to join elmclan as a medic #she isn’t particularly close with most of her clan mates since she doesn’t like making friends but she still likes most of them #she’s just still stuck in the mindset of her old home of not getting attached to those around you #she’s incredibly loyal to elmclan as a whole tho

#keese draws #warrior cats oc #spiraling upwards #I’ve posted art of ratstar and pigeonbillow before but the other three I haven’t I think #but yeah these are some more of the minkclan founders #and by that I mean two of them are and one of them was a kitten at the time #lightning is haveniris’ mom but she didn’t trust herself to raise him so her clanmates sort of collectively raised him #and by that I mean mostly pigeon and two other old ppl that aren’t included here #light did end up opening up to him more and acting as more of a mom after he chose to become a medic tho #the two have a complicated relationship for sure but they still care abt each other a lot #oh yeah and literally all of these guys are dead by the time murtle rolls around except for haven #pigeon died about two years before the other two and raincinder has been dead since before minkclan was properly founded #which is unsurprising given she’s such an old withering woman #she mostly made it that long because she was given a guide sponsor life #so long story short not all starclan cats actually get to use the cool starclan powers and those who do are usually ‘sponsored’ with an #extra life and a cool star like marking #this isn’t a well known thing tho and even within starclan only higher ranking cats rly know anything beyond knowing that every now and #then new guides are chosen #now usually what’s supposed to happen is that the sponsored cat has a close eye kept on them and if they are deemed worthy they’re allowed #to keep their mark and become a guide once they die the second time #the main flaw in this system is that the cat who sponsored them has to be the one to revoke it #so if they refuse to revoke it for whatever reason there’s not much that can be done about it #or in raincinder’s case her sponsor ended up fading before they could judge her fully #so even though by all means even the most rebel friendly guides would revoke it easily she managed to keep her mark til death #this was ofc largely helped by her living til 19 fucking years dear god woman #but hey I guess it means minkclan gets a guide even though she’s a rly shitty one #rly that mostly only matters for the sake of nine lives and the sake of travel between starclan and the living territories #which actually does cause a lot of problems when all the guides decide to go haunt a child instead #oh also guides also pass on their mark to leaders who’s life ceremony they hosted #not the guide role tho each guide gets a new mark

#keese draws #warrior cats #warrior cats oc #spiraling upwards #these are all the og leaders and deputies of each of the 4 main clans!#and cone is the only of the og deputies who didn’t die before their leader lol #also two of these are mother daughter duos with bonestar being conetalons mom and bristlestar being gullspots mom #gullspots died during a horrible flood in their old camp #and this was pretty early on in the clan’s life too so no one else was rly qualified to be deputy #she ended up choosing honeyfeather as her new deputy which honey did. not take well.#she had be among the injured in the flood and had just lost her tail along with her best friend #so she was not in a place to be deputy at All #and things would only get worse for her when bristle died only a few months later of old age #because of this she has. complicated feelings on bristle to put it lightly.#frostflow died from an infected wound after a nasty fall which left pretty much the entire clan devastated #foggystar didn’t want to force anyone who was grieving to become deputy so he decided on a cat who had only been a part of the clan for #about a year after his old owners died in a house fire #his name was daisy and he’s one of my favorites and currently he’s the youngest of the four leaders #pigeon died via snake bite which is ironic for reasons I won’t go into now but everyone was devastated blah blah blah but really this did #fuck up most of the older members of the clan a lot as pigeon played such a vital role in them all being alive here today #ratstar ended up choosing her other crush (more complicated edition) as her new deputy since she was the right hand man to the cat who #started the revolution that brought them all together but abt a year later it became clear to both of them that nightfur wasn’t able to #handle the pressure of this anymore so she retired #after that ratstar just tried to pick the most responsible looking cat and she kind of succeeded #I say kind of because she Was but then 3 of her children got murdered and her best friend died right before ratstar dropped dead #so now she’s barely holding things together and has some newfound anger issues #and then my girl conestar just got to hang out and become leader when her mom died lucky her #well no she was absolutely devisated when her mom died as bonestar was like the number one cat she cared abt #she had been terrified of losing her mom for good for years so even though she could tell her mom was getting old and was able to talk to #her directly about these fears she still had a hard time moving forwards

#rat rambles #spiraling upwards #warriors posting #girlies who are trying so soooo hard to support womens wrongs but the wrongs are that their wife is cheating on them #and now she cant even get closure cause said wife is dead along with the man she cheated on her for #like charredpelt isnt stupid she knows these cats too well but thats exactly why she keeps to this day justifying them to herself #all while living as the sole parent to their children #the worst part is that if she had just been properly talked to abt it first she probably would have been ok with it #but she wasnt. she didnt even get the choice to set up boundaries #for the record shes my favorite cragclan cat and has been since she came out as trans lol #shout out to daisystar tho my boy is so cute and also so messed up <3 #and egretpaw and furzepaw ofc get honerable mentions but theyre main characters so ofc I've thought a lot abt them #but yeah for cragclan I deliberately chose out cats I hoped would kill eachother and instead they just got into a bunch of love traingles #and then I made eagle clan with the same goal with a bloodthirsty deputy but then conestar just loved everyone and was loved by everyone #hell the one cat who disliked her at first is her wife now girlie is just sitting here loving her wife and family #I honestly couldn't tell you who my favorites in any other clan is tbh #I do adore most of elmclan but I cant say theres anyone I like that much more than everyone else #like honeystar is definitely the one who caught my attention first due to her hashtag trauma playing out in real time right away #but also thistlepeak and whimsygoose are sooooo silly I love them quiet kitty and their loud rude kitty husband #oh and also pumpkin shes not that deep of a character I just think shes cute #for eagleclan I cannot lie to you I barely remember anyone in there atm but I do love conestar shes so silly #and minkclan is another hard one caus they're the first one I made so I have a lot of love for basically all of them #but blazebelly was my og favorite shes like charredpelt but instead of having a wife cheating on her it never got past a one sided crush #and lightnip is also a current fave of mine shes so mean I love her #ratstar has always been one of my favorites of all the clans tho shes just so silly and incompetent #and shout out to nightfur for being the only cat I've ever seen generate with romantic feelings towards a cat #it was for my default dead cat raincinder who is also a shitty asshole but that just means nightfur is tragic now <3 #oh yeah I should probably provide more exicit context on the clangen stuff huh #basically I made the four main clans in clangen and used the gameplay as a skeleton for backstory and worlduilding #building off of premade characters and concepts has always been one of my favorite things (as seen by how many randomized aus Ive done)

I Really need to get back on the spiraling upwards grind y'all have no idea how insane some of the cats make me. I cannot keep living in a world where I have to dance around spoilers I need to scream abt Egretpaw Now

Decided to spruce up Murtlepaw’s design a bit since I’ve been working on rewriting the spiraling upwards scripts I lost a while back. It’s definitely smth I’m gonna get sick of drawing eventually, but that’s just sorta an inevitability and I’m happy with how they look now so I consider it a win 👍
