my opinion on;
character in general: I LOVED RIKKU when I first played FFX. I still do, I just thought it was worth saying - I INSTANTLY LOVED HER. A female character? A female main(ish) character? A female main(ish) character who doesn’t have focal boob syndrome? No clothing windows? Good at machine? Not old enough to sex? Not immature or screechy-annoying either? Complicated but not life shattering/therapy requiring relationship with father? Openly plans for a domestic future with kids and shit despite being busy with machine rn? Not a manic pixie dream girl? What are you, insane?how they play them: VERY GOOD A+++. Honestly, I can hear Rikku when you write her. My ears for that sort of thing are getting rusty these days, but I can still clearly pick out her voice in your replies. You seem to be able to pull off her character really well, in a balanced way, so we get bouncy optimistic Rikku, but we also get serious “listen, I’m not 12″ Rikku. I know you ship dat Aurikku action and I don’t, strictly speaking, though I could totally give you a pass because I think you could do it - your Rikku has the capacity to be mature enough to work with Auron’s level of brooding. A lot of Rikkus I’ve read (mostly in fic, cos not many RPers seem to openly ship it, probably for fear of “er mer gerd he a dead boy”) don’t convince me because they seem like they’d annoy him. Also; she is younger than Tidus, but yours still comes off almost older-sister-ly to me in interactions with him? That’s a good thing imo, because she would mature faster, her culture means she has to.
