Sermon: #SpiritualHealth. Scripture: 1 Timothy 4:8. Song: HisEyeIsOnTheSparrow. Message by: Dale #SkerritBwoy Richardson. #Sickness vs #Health 🤕 Getting sick is not a choice, it is merely a part of being alive. However, getting a remedy is something we must deliberately chose in order to stand a chance of staying alive. Therefore, if we chose not to remedy an illness, the result will be an expedited death. Such is the case with sin. We did not choose to be born as sinners. Nevertheless the condition of sin is not to be ignored if we want to become #SpirituallyHealthy. If we go about living in our sinful state, in contradiction to Gods word, as though all is well, the result will be an imminent #SpiritualDeath. However, there is a remedy for this illness, the cure is called #JesusChrist, and applying his words to your life will result in #SpiritualHealth. The best news is unlike #Physicalillness, #JesusChris is a 100% guaranteed cure for all #Spiritualillness. Regardless of what you have done or been through, or what condition you are currently in, things can and will get better once you proceeded with proper treatment. Although this remedy is freely given to all whom chose to receive, it will take some effort on your part to fully achieve healing. When one wishes to eradicate an illness, one does not simply take the remedy home and place it on a shelf to gather dust. You must become proactive in your own recovery. You will read the instructions on the medication, and you will do as it instructs. So, why then is it so easy for us to place the #Bible on a shelf, and ignore Gods instructions? If we sincerely believe that God is the remedy that we seek, should we not invest more time and effort into our #SpiritualLife. Of course It may not be easy. We all have busy schedules, spouses, children, school, work, sports, music, ect, but all it really takes to apply the remedy is a made up mind. Do not become to busy for God... Have you made up your mind to make the time to receive the recovery that God is offering you?
