Because if you think about it how could Lucifer NOT know that his own wife got swapped out!?

Even if the exterminations were for only seven years, the leaks implied that Lilith/Rose and Eve switched when Charlie was a little girl so like 100 yrs at the least?

Plus Lucifer told Adam he slept with Eve but when? When would that have been? It could only been when she was impersonating Lilith which implies he KNOWS they aren’t the same people!
