i have a warriors oc i made when i was 7 named jaypaw and i literally settled on the PERFECT warrior name for him last year... only to find out that it already exists in canon (jayclaw) 😔
(ive had this happen before where i had an oc named riverripple i made when i was 7 before dotc came out and i was like omg erin hunter group acknowledged me bc im delusional but since i came up with that name before they published it, i dont mind keeping that one. jayclaw existed in canon before i named jaypaw that i just was behind in the books so i didnt know 😔)
