If you use Garmin Connect, it will tell you your cadence too. Mine on roads, without fail is either 180, 181, or 182. It's weird how consistent it is for me.
That’s awesome! The milestone pod on my shoe measures things like leg swing and foot strike too and then everything gets measured into an “efficiency” score out of 100. Mine is always somewhat low even when I’m concentrating on it. That leads me to wonder how much I could improve with overall higher cadence, better leg swing, etc. I am going to try to work on all of these over the winter.

Thank you! I actually rarely listen to music while I run but I have to admit, the clicking noise burrowed into my brain and drove me a little crazy.
