Wanted to do this after the very very successful Splatoon 2 demo \ o / A lot of the squids n octos made many welcoming posts for the demo players.

Laggy isn’t the freshest Squid on the block- so be easy on her!

Wanted to do a wallpaper of my Octoling girl~ who finally got a name! Iro! Means colour in Japanese~ Simple but effective~She may go by scarlet or crimson too- unsure about that part tho~

I'm veeery happy with this piece~ I feel like I've found my second franchise to branch off into other than pokemon now \ o /

Tbh I feel like the messy sketch looks better- shoulda used thinner lines. But I am preeetty happy with it.
