Chick with the same deformity that Mimi had, this one has curled toes which point to incubation issues being the cause. Despite having a worse bad leg this chick is very mobile compared to how Mimi was. This is likely due to them being a more light weight breed. Mimi was a salmon faverolles which are a dual purpose breed so they can be quite heavy. Still im forever surprised i was able to get Mimis bad leg back under her for a short period of time before a growth spurt back slid her progress.
The owner of the black and white chick was asking for opinions on if they should be euthanized or not and id say compared to Mimi they have a better quality of life so far but if they lose that mobility as they age it may be kinder to euthanize like in Mimis case. This bird cannot likely live a good life outside so it will need to be a house chicken.
