Are split jumps easier or harder than normal jumps? And how long do they normally take to learn?
I would say split jumps are easier, because it’s only about a half rotation (although sometimes people can do a full rotation as well). I took me about 6 months to get mine really good. I worked on the flexibility as well as the height needed to extend the full split in the air. Hope this helps!

Notes: Use 4 barbells for this. Changing the barbell took too much time, metcon wasted, because lots of precious seconds were used to add the plates, hence the low scores for me in the BW rounds.
