today was a shit day at the gym tbh, my traps are still sore from yesterday and i felt so weak doing my incline presses i had to lighten my pull downs and my back hurt while doing dips...,.,..wtf @ muscles
Workout
50 split lunges (could have kept going but Chippy and I are going to run sprints tomorrow morning and if I do too many today I won't be able to go as far tomorrow.)
20 squats
3 sets of 10 rotator cuff lateral rotation on each side (no idea what this is actually called).
That's all I have time for right now. A friend is coming over for dinner and I need to clean up. :)
