Southwest Head Rocks I & II, Grand Manan, NB

Looking down on the sea and rocks below the Southwest Head on Grand Manan Island, New Brunswick.

Longer exposure times and several averaged exposures blurred out the foam as the sea came crashing and flowing around the rocks at the base of Southwest Head.

Photography Tip of the Day:

When taking a photo, the story you want to tell is determined by where the eye goes first. Warmer / lighter tones come forward in the image and cooler / darker tones recede to the back. 

You can manipulate the tone of highlights and shadows with the split toning tool in your photo editing software.
