don’t want to write a whole thing but i really liked this episode and the bobby pov
watched season 6 episode 3: The Third Man
Castiel’s return! i feel like he’s a little distant from the boys this episode but he def has his moments.
first of all: this wasn’t the BEST episode to watch while eating breakfast
some of the fashion this episode is sooo 2010
im increasingly fond of not-sam, idk he’s creepy I like him. rip his car. i had thought that maybe cas couldn’t hear his prayers because he didnt have a soul but it seems like he was just ignoring him lol
also was no one going to inform my the “profound bond” scene was preceded by a “he’s right behind me, isn’t he?”
plus the iconic castiel finger quotes
i feel like dean feels really lonely this season so far. sam isn’t sam, and cas hasn’t been here and now that he’s here he’s pretty cold. bobby lied to him for a year. and ofc there’s ben & lisa but he can’t depend on them, at least not for supernatural stuff. the people he normally depends on are kind of letting him down.
overall an alright episode!
and no grandpa samuel yipee!!
watched season 6 episode 2: Two and a Half Men
dean’s pouring his heart out at the end of this episode and I can’t focus on anything except for his lethal face card
and im kind of obsessed with this not-sam. he looks like sam, sounds like sam, sometimes even acts like sam, but its not.
and my lisa rant for the day: tbh she’s chill and not even annoying or anything but just kind of a mary-sue nothing character to me. not convinced of their romance from either side tbh.
i dont like grandpa samuel and i dont really need to keep seeing his face but ig hes sticking around for a couple more episodes 💔
enjoyed dad dean. and ben’s fine ig but whoever said dean’s a girl dad DONT sybau🫶
john sure haunts this narrative more than ANYONE else, god
anyway, excited for more not-sam, excited for the eventual castiel return, excited for the episode where they’re sent to. The universe where they’re the actors (I think that’s this season)
watched season 6 episode 1: Exile on Main St.
erm, what the flip?
ik about the (spoiler!) soulless sam thing so his weird behavior didn’t really phase me, but GRANDPA SAMUEL?? didn’t want or need to see him again tbh. and it’s so random and barely addressed. plus sam’s new hunting buddies? like i guess?
i mostly felt really bad for dean this episode and very confused overall
excited for cas to show up again but he was being kind of weird last we saw him so we’ll see.
and the chuck disappearing thing from the finale. i already knew (spoiler!) chuck is god i guess? so that sort of made sense i guess idk
watched season 5 episode 22: Swan Song
what a good finale! i can see why it’s the highest rated episode! loved the impala flashbacks.
of course, featuring some of the worst visual effects I’ve ever seen put to tv
and. lisa. lisa lowkey my nemesis. i understand what she represents for dean: just a sort of peaceful hunting-free life that he never got to have. a home, a kid, a long-term relationship. but as a character i don’t care about her at all. she had one episode where they established that her and dean has a thing several years ago, and now she has a kid. and according to her it’s not dean’s kid. it doesn’t help that i didn’t love that episode either but why is lisa suddenly such a big deal to him as a person, I just don’t get it.
anyway. great ending to the series. excited to watch 10 more seasons of this or until I stop enjoying it.
Misha look sooo good this episode
After three months, I have finished 9 seasons of Supernatural. It has been a long, feels filled Road So Far, but I made it. And now I must join you all in waiting for Season 10.
P.S. I hate waiting.
