Someone has discovered that former Canadian Prime Minister Wilfred Laurier can be converted to look like Spock. Am I alone in thinking it was illegal to deface currency? apparently it isn’t.
The Bank of Canada’s spokesperson, spokeswoman Josianne Menard stated in an email,
“The Bank of Canada feels that writing and markings on bank notes are inappropriate as they are a symbol of our country and a source of national pride,”
