Spoiler. Stephanie Brown. Deceased.

Spoiler was a new vigilante in East End, his territory though he didnt really mind other than her stealing some cases but he simply followed up on them after she finished them to make sure they were cleaned up well which they surprisingly were. Bat training. He heard of her from people from around the area, doing odd jobs and trying to help. A similar thing to what Jason wanted to do but more just helping where she could rather than a plan and 'business' like The Red Hood.

So of course he looked into her. Turns out she sometimes slept in those same shelters she helped out but mostly random warehouses. She really did seem to be a good kid and wanted to good however that was not what he was focused on

Stephanie Brown. 4th Robin roped into Bruces crusade and is supposed to be dead which he had to figure out himself in the first place because hes not in touch with the bats and telling the previously dead Robin about the fact another Robin died even though his whole thing became no dead Robins. She was supposed to turn 18 this year or rather she is 18.

He originally didnt really want to interact with her, just gain information maybe look out for her or have to interfere if she became a problem for him but now? Jason needs to know how she came back. Was it like him or something else.

Thats how he got here, purposely baiting Steph into confronting him by sticking close. Depending on whether she knew it was a bait or not would also help him file her skill level. League training? Unlikely since he had been tailing her for months and she didnt notice but he had to know.

Steph had been back for six months now, back in Gotham. Europe was interesting. Though she had been focused on healing for a bit she found some mentors with the help of Selina and her odd connections, began training again. She was living at the hospital mostly, then when she was healed enough to leave, she lived in a few different shelters and among some of Selina's contacts- sometimes the people training her, but that was always...strange.

Then finally she was able to get back home but- home wasn't the same anymore and neither was she. She had been gone for three years, things were different. Changed. Tim wasn't Robin anymore, someone called Red Robin- had a weird outfit and seemed more withdrawn. There was a new Robin, a different one...small and violent looking with a sword. Cass was still Batgirl, but she wasn't around Gotham as much. Batman was still...Batman.

She went to see her mom, from afar...she got remarried, has step kids she's helping to raise. She seemed happy, and Steph decided that she deserved to. Even if she seemed so much happier with Steph gone. Her father...was another story.

So, she bought a bunch of fabric and gathered all the gear she had left over from training, and she made a new Spoiler costume. It was similar in practically every way besides a few changes. She made her own patches, started covering it in them, and a better gear belt. She had knives, a grapple that was slightly rusty in some areas, nun chucks, and training. That was all she really needed. So, Spoiler hit the streets once again, and this time it wasn't for revenge or for the sake of some stupid man in a bat suit.

She helps people, really actually helps people...she helps out at shelters, protects the people who deserve it, takes down parts of the crime syndicates in Gotham, fights back against Black Mask in any way she can because goddammit that fucker murdered her, he deserves to burn. She runs around helping others, taking on odd jobs and attempting to avoid having to stand at corners, especially after one of the girls she's been helping out vaguely threatened her to keep her away from it. She supposes she never really wanted to feel so used like that again anyways, regardless of the cash.

She's stopping on one of her favorite rooftops, which has a good view of the city, when she notices she's being watched. She doesn't move though, only stays still and takes a slow breath before pulling down her hood and riding up her mask so it's over her nose. She pulls out a pack of cigarettes from her belt and a zippo lighter, taking one and placing it between her lips. She looks back, offering the large man...red helmet...oh. Oh, shit that's fucking Red Hood- okay, well then. She's offering The Goddamn Red Hood a cigarette. This was supposed to be smooth goddammit she will not crumble.

"Want one?" She asks, mumbling a bit. She could barely afford to eat somedays but she still somehow ended up with cigarettes in her belt. Europe didn't help, practically everyone she stayed with was offering them out like candy.
